Germany played a superb team game. The young German team showed what they were made of. Mesut Ozil executed with calm and posture. The onlookers got to see what happens when truly team play meets a play based on hopeful plans based on individual maginc.
Germany reminded the audience that soccer, like no other sport, remains well-rooted in the concept of team and proves the best litmus test of team play.
